Cannot set Publisher display name to registered one

We are trying to publish an Excel Add-in via Partner Center.
After successful deployment, we found the publisher field is "ZEPower Group Inc." where is should be "ZE PowerGroup Inc.". We tried to change the publisher display name under Developer settings to either "ZE PowerGroup Inc" or "ZE PowerGroup Inc.", but get "This publisher display name is not available" error.
However, we can change it to "ZE PowerGroup", but then it does not match the registered Commercial Marketplace name.
What might be the cause and how can we resolve this issue?

Is your developer account an individual account or a company account? Generally, this error happens when an individual account is trying to use a display name that is already used by a company account.

2020-11-02T11:18:47.513+00:00 The accounts we have tried are associated with our Active Directory accounts, and they are Company type of account shown under Account settings -> Account details.
Are these accounts the company account you referred to?
I see there is a ZE PowerGroup Inc. (admin@ZEPOWER.onmicrosoft.com) user in the admin list. If that is the one causing this problem, what can we do? Can we login under that account and set Publisher name as that? Or do we have to somehow remove this user? -

2020-11-03T02:58:59.56+00:00 I'd suggest you log into the admin account and try to set the publisher's name again. If this could not work, you might need to open a support ticket about this: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic, and select Account setup and management for issue type.
