My Skype suddenly being blocked by Microsoft, I checked my Microsoft account and its seems like I can't access my account by my phone number or email address. I have tried with email, number and Skype name to recover my account, when I put my number, the website asks to verify I'm not robot, I do it and the website says now we confirm you are not robot, but then no code is sending to me, just a white blank page with Microsoft logo on the top freeze and not going any further. I have tried to contact Microsoft many time but it seems like impossible, I think someone might hacked my account, please help me, I'm under a lot of stress, or give me a human assistant to speak to, microsoft is one of the biggest companies in the world, I can't believe why I can reach a human for help.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form

I have filled the form but still my problem is not solved. Also wanted to confirm I do use the android on my phone and its not Windows, how may I get to the live chat? Is there any possibility? I did follow your link but it didn't take me to get help app. Please if you could help me further, at the end thanks a lot for your response, your kind help and support is much appreciated.

It's asking my phone number, when I provide my phone number the Website asking me if I'm agree to receive code on this phone number and I accept , then the website asking me to verify I'm not robot and I will follow the process until it says we verify you are human, that a white page with microsoft logo OT top of the page freeze and not sending me any code for verify my phone and recover my account
