I have skype for business 2019 on promise
I need to find a way to disable p2p video and audio but still have video and audio calls. The way our network is architected means users cannot use p2p.
Conferences with more than 2 people work fine as the traffic is sent via the front end server. I want this to be the default behaviour for all video and audio calls.
The set-csconferencingpolicy -enablep2pvideo setting doesn't seem to make a difference.
Anyone got any ideas?

therefore skype for business server can not as medie relay for call two persons internal users except when meeting and when use whiteboard and ....

Modalities which only support the MCU model will trigger an immediate escalation from an existing P2P session up to an MCU session when selected. So if you are asking whiteboard, it will use MCU model.
