Hi @Anonymous , I understand that you want to migrate VM from on-prem to Azure but they need to retain the same IP address. I assume you're talking about private IP addresses, please let me know if this is not the case.
I suggest you not to do it. Network topology in Azure is quite different compared to on-premises, and during the migration you'd need Azure virtual network to connect to your on-premises network, which is very challenging if they use the same IP address space.
