Hi,
I have set up an integration between salesforce and sharepoint. One of my users changed their sharepoint password and since can't access sharepoint through salesforce. The error is AADTS700016 Application with identifier '...' was not found in the directory'...'.
I cannot work out how to revolve this error.
Thanks
Jasmine

    Hi @Jasmine Toogood ,

Firstly, please make sure the user accounts who cannot login is the same as the user account in AAD.

Then, please check whether user account can login SharePoint directly(not through Salesforce).

If the account can login without errors, your issue may be caused by Salesforce.

If the account cannot login SharePoint directly, please provide me with specific error message for further help :-)

I hope this information has been useful, please let me know if you still need assistance.

    Hi,
Thanks for your help. They can login to SharePoint directly but not through salesforce. When you say make sure the account is the same in AAD would I need to update the password here? That is the only thing that has changed.
    Thanks
    Jasmine
