I have two email accounts on Outlook. While I can access both on my iPhone X, one of them I cannot access on my MacBrook Pro. When I attempt to access it, I get a "something went wrong" message.

    Hi @Julie Nelson ,

When I attempt to access it, I get a "something went wrong" message.

How did you access your account(via browser, Outlook client or others)?

Considering you could access them on your iPhone, the issue may be related to your Mac instead of your account.

If you access your account via browser, it's suggested to clear the cache or switch to other browser to test.

If you access them via Outlook for Mac client:

    • When was this issue occurred(when you add the account or send/receive messages)?
    • Could you provide me with the screenshoot of your errors?

If you have added it in your client before, please try to remove and readd it to check if the issue has any difference(Tools>Accounts>click "-" to remove and click "+" to readd).

If it is invalid or that is not your case, please provide me with more information about your issues, and I would give you more targeted help.
