If I cancel my microsoft 365 subscription, will it also cancel my Microsoft business subscription?

I signed up for a Microsoft business account (I don’t have a business) and despite the subscription email and invoice being sent to my only email address, it now won’t let me log into the Microsoft business admin centre (where it directs me to if I want to cancel my business account) with that email. I have cancelled my Microsoft 365 subscription, does this also cancel my ‘business’ subscription too?
