You should ask your administrator with Global admin account to reset your Entra ID account and let you re-register using Microsoft Authenticator on your phone as mentioned in the screenshot below:

Halo, i changed my phone but unfortunately i haven't backup my Authenticator's setting and add my new device. Now the old one is complately erased and my new phone got no Authenticator setting. What should i do to pass 2 authentication with no phone?
I called the Microsoft Support, all the answer is that i have to raise trough a support mail and i have to login to do that.
This is also silly, because i cannot raise a ticket with not access. I am trapped although i have my username and password right.

It is really unfortunate that i get no answered both from community and Microsoft technical support for this problem. I should reconsider.
