Move Resource group and all items under it to different Azure account (email address owner etc..)

Hello all I am not sure how I should proceed with moving the complete account from one login/owner/use to another login, I see I can move the account but how do I give access to the account I want the Resource group moved to? I see there is a subscription, but how do I add an existing subscription to the subscription I want to move the resource from? or should I add the subscription I want to be moved to the subscription I want the Resource group moved to? It is kind of confusing.

    If I understand you right, you want to move resources from one subscription to another.
