Are the Azure Grafana "Deterministic Outbound IP's" shared with other instances of Grafana?

If we allow an Azure Grafana "deterministic IP address" to have network access to our services (SQL etc), can we be sure that other Azure Grafana instances don't share the same IP's?

In our situation we are looking at Azure US Gov and the Private Endpoints are not a supported method for us to implement.

    As Yegu has mentioned, rephrasing it here for broader community that these are publicly facing static IP addresses allocated by the underlying VMs. If your Managed Grafana instances aren't deleted, the same IP addresses won't be used by other instances.
