Hello It seems like you’re having trouble with the Software Update Point (SUP) in Microsoft Configuration Manager (2309) not showing the latest products in the classification, compared to WSUS. Here are some possible reasons and solutions: Update of Configuration Manager: Ensure that your Configuration Manager is updated to the latest version. The 2309 update for Configuration Manager is available as an in-console update and can be installed on sites running version 2203 or later. Shared WSUS Database: If you have more than one software update point at a primary site, it’s recommended to use the same WSUS database for each software update point in the same Active Directory forest. This configuration can mitigate client and network performance impact when clients switch to a new software update point. WSUS and Configuration Manager Databases: If the Configuration Manager and WSUS databases share the same instance of SQL Server, it’s recommended to use different SQL Server instances for Configuration Manager and WSUS. This configuration makes it easier to troubleshoot and diagnose resource usage issues that might occur for each application. Check for Updates: You can manually check for updates in the Configuration Manager console. Go to the Administration workspace, select the Updates and Servicing node, and choose Check for Updates. Hotfix: If the ConfigMgr site installation path is greater than 68 characters, a hotfix is available for installation through the Updates and Servicing node of the ConfigMgr administrator console.
