LUIS Connection to Power Automate

I am working with LUIS in the Cognitive Services realm. I have been trying to provide a connection from Azure into Power Automate, and am struggling to get the connection to work correctly. Errors in connection are below.

I have tried a few troubleshooting methods, researched in the Microsoft Support Documentation and the Power Automate Community as well, with no avail, but I have not worked it in a few days. This is a very important (Side) project of mine for my team and organization. I am a mechanical engineer and this has been very informative and interesting, but way out of my current realm of efforts. I fear I have missed a key step somewhere in setting up the proper connection that is providing these results. Unfortunately, I do not have any resources within my organization to support me in this. I am out here on my own, but committed to getting it working.
