trying to activate windows 365 and get Error code 43881

@Daniel Hughes, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems you are activating windows 365. Based as I know, windows 365 cloud PC will be created after we assign a windows 365 business license to the user. https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/windows-365/business/get-started-windows-365-business For such cloud PC, I don't find it needs to be activated. Could you get screen shots to let us know how we did the activate? Thanks and I look forward to your reply.
