No verification Email with Partner Center

Hello,

I try to sign up in Partner Center as new Partner. I enter my Email adress and my Phone Nr.
I receive the Text Message on my phone and proceed with the process.
On the next Page I am supposed to enter a verification code which is send by email.
I do not receive any Email from Microsoft.
Not in Spam/Junk or elsewhere.
No sender is blacklisted.
Email adress is of course the right one.

Does someone has an idea?

    Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic and select Account setup and management for issue type.
