How to copy files from one excel file to another excel file into specific cells with power automate

I have some data populated on an excel sheet that was generated from an MS form. Specific data from the excel data needs to be entered into a pre-existing worksheet from another excel file in a different location. How do I automate a process to automatically carry out this task periodically.
