Advise for Lost of Visibility on Historical Data After PAC Entitlement Transfer

Hi
We are Indirect Providers and are descontinuing one partner center and transfering Entitlements between Azure Plans in the process. We are finding the challenge that historical data is no longer visible after event.
Is there other ways to populate this data?
Maybe manually importing data? Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply.
On Azure Cost Management the Indirect Partner sees no data from prior to the date of the entitlement PAC transfer to occur.
Is not anywhere to be found.
