After enabling reprotect now I'm stuck at 0% replication. Already tried with another VM with the same user and worked just fine. By now it's really dificult to know what's happening.

I guess It's a matter of latency or refresh on the portal. We had to wait about 6 hours to see progress reflected in the portal. I had to connect redectly to the configuration/master/process server to see that we had active network traffic.

An integration with Azure Monitor would be really useful for this hybrid solution.
