Hi Richard Y I guess its possible to replace SQL Server service accounts with a GMSA. To do this, you'd start by creating a GMSA in Active Directory, install it on the server running SQL Server, and then configure the SQL Server service. after this restart the SQL Server service after making changes. If this helps kindly accept the answer thanks ,much.
