Yes. Since I have no reason to work with gMSA myself, I googled gMSA SQL Server
. The two top hits looks very promising.

Hi Richard Y I guess its possible to replace SQL Server service accounts with a GMSA. To do this, you'd start by creating a GMSA in Active Directory, install it on the server running SQL Server, and then configure the SQL Server service. after this restart the SQL Server service after making changes. Hi Richard, I do confirm that you can use GMSA as sql service account. We have it on every SQL VM Regards Javier
