From your description, I know you want to know whether the store apps will auto update when they were deployed via Intune.
Based on my experience, if you deploy Microsoft store apps via Intune, they will auto update by default, but if you deploy win32 apps or LOB apps via Intune, they will not auto update unless you upload the update package.

While deploying MS store apps it shows they are built with win32 app so my guess is they wont be updated with latest patches whenever they are availbale.

For example: below app is wrapped as win32 so once we deploy it wont auto update when there is update available

ZhoumingDuan-MSFT I did not wrap these apps these are from MS store you can see it. I wanted to know in MS store context and not the wrapped apps in win32

Based on my research, even if you didn't wrap these apps, there will be other people wrap some apps as win32 and upload them into Microsoft Store, then you can deploy them to targeted device.
Moreover, most of the apps in Microsoft store will auto update except win32.
