We are in the process of developing a Virtual Assistant using the Power Platform Copilot Studio and are encountering an issue with the interruptions feature, which we hoped would facilitate smoother topic transitions and enhance user experience. From our current understanding, interruption management can be configured at the question node level. Specifically, this can be accessed through the Nodes Properties under Question Behavior and then the Interruptions section CP1

Where you check the Allow Switching to Another topic and select the topics which the switching is allowed. Our approach involved: 1.Defining topics and their trigger phrases. 2. Creating a question node for a topic flow. CP2

3.Configuring the interruption settings for this node (see Screenshot 1). However, during our testing, when the aforementioned Question node was active and we input an utterance intended to trigger a different topic, the flow did not switch as expected. It continued on the same topic, contrary to our setup. We are uncertain whether this issue stems from a misunderstanding of the interruptions feature on our part or if there is a potential problem with the feature itself. Could you please provide insights or guidance on this matter? We aim to ensure that our Virtual Assistant can seamlessly transition between topics, offering a more dynamic and engaging user experience. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
