How to fix the ADFS server login page working in public network

Hi guys, I am facing a problem with ADFS Server login page which is working in the Private network environment but not working in the Public Network. We checked all the Network firewall setting, proxy server and we allowed any ports for this access, but we can't reach out from public Network
