We know there are nearmenus in MRTK that can follow the user or be fixed somewhere in the zone. I want it to work around the sight from the beginning of use, while it is always fixed as default and I have to find it first to release the buttonpin. So is there any solution to release the fixing state of nearmenu by code or modifying the inspector before I enter the simulation?

    Hello, Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

Yes, the easiest way is to adjust the settings in the Inspector panel. You can select the near menu object in the Hierarchy panel and find the component FollowMeToggle in the Inspector panel. Check the box of the Auto Follow At Distance and set the Auto Follow Distance.

For more information about near menu, please  refer to Near menu - MRTK 2 | Microsoft Learn.

Additionally, You can refer to the official sample NearMenuExamples in the Mixed Reality Toolkit Examples package. To download and import Mixed Reality Toolkit Examples package, you can refer to Example scenes - MRTK 2 | Microsoft Learn.
