i have cleared everything, Tried multiple browsers and looked through all FAQs while trying to get it running, Please HELP~!!!!

There was a minor outage on January 19, 2024, that affected Cloud Shell and other Azure services. This outage lasted about 15 hours and impacted customers attempting to use Cloud Shell. https://isdown.app/integrations/azure/incidents/251797-cloud-shell-inaccessible

As Sedat mentioned in his previous response this was caused by an outage which was notified through official Microsoft azure service status page.

Starting at 06:55 UTC - 19:15 UTC on 19 Jan 2024, customers attempting to use Cloud Shell experienced issues. Additionally, customers using the Microsoft Learn platform experienced issues with our ‘Try it’ and ‘Azure sandbox’ features.
