QnA Maker Warning Message - KB is on an older version

When publish the KB, it will show a warning message of "This KB is on an older version of QnA Maker.", wondering how to upgrade the KB to new version?

Hi, please follow this tutorial to get the latest runtime updates. If you continue to receive this error, please provide the Runtime version of your QnA Maker Resource under profile > Service Settings so we can investigate further. We will be fixing the unreachable 'here' link in the portal soon. Hope this helps.
