Is this selection of services correct for the cloud migration process?

For the same requirements:

Active Directory with about 30 users in the current physical infrastructure, I would assume it requires up to 24 - 32 GB RAM and up to 1 - 2 TB HDD space, and the OS will be Server 2016.

File Share server with the same users mentioned above. I would assume it requires up to 8 – 16 GB RAM and up to 1 - 2 TB HDD space, and the OS will be Server 2008 R2.

@Nikhil R IMHO, you don't have to look into all the Azure services that you have listed above for migrating your AD and File Share server. If you are planning for lift and shift (cloud only) set up, you can leverage Azure Migrate - https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/migrate/migrate-services-overview If you are planning for high availability (Hybrid Environment) the best option, I would recommend is Azure Site Recovery - https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/site-recovery-overview

@SadiqhAhmed-MSFT Thanks for the guidance. Actually, I am new to Azure and currently using a free trial subscription. I'm getting confused about choosing the services for the cloud migration. What would you recommend for this cloud migration based on the requirements mentioned earlier? This way, I can gain a clear vision, make an estimation, and start working on it.

I have one more question about the subscription. If I opt for a pay-as-you-go plan, is it structured as a per-user subscription? Additionally, once I migrate everything, I'll need to grant access to 70 users who will be working on maintaining the cloud-migrated process, hosting websites, software, and more. The number of users may increase or decrease; therefore, which services should I use to manage this flexibility?

Additional requirements include a firewall, routers, LANs, storage, and web/mobile applications to be deployed in Azure. Later, I need to provide access for users to host the applications, monitor them, etc. Should I use auto scaling and load balancer for future purposes related to these requirements?

For this, the services I have considered are Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, Azure VMware Solution, Azure ExpressRoute, Azure Storage (Blob), Azure Data Box, Azure Firewall, and Azure Monitor.

What are the other services that can be used to meet these requirements?

@Nikhil R If you are planning for a cloud only environment, you can use Azure Migrate to move your servers to Azure. Once your environment is moved completely to Azure, you can then plan on what applications you want to run on Azure. From availability and load balancing perspective, Microsoft Azure offers all the options to its customers. If you want to continue using on-premises environment and planning on using Azure, you can plan to set up hybrid environment. There is where you need to decide on using Firewall, express route and other available options.
