Failure on WLT's WorldLockingManager working as a prefab

I followed the guide page and installed WLT core (default version) into my unity project. The project had installed MRTK ahead. While I configured the scene into it, WorldLockingManager could not work as a prefab like what the guide dsiplayed. I wonder what causes such a difference. Is it a version imcompatibility, or something wrong with my operation?

    Hello, Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

    It's recommended to use the latest versions of MRTK while using World Locking Tools. The last version of MRTK 2 is 2.8.3. Additionally, Unity 2021.3 LTS with the latest Mixed Reality OpenXR plugin is recommended for HoloLens 2 and Windows Mixed Reality development.

    I did some tests using the above environment, I didn’t reproduce your issue.
