Hi,
For this problem, there are multiple ways to solve. I think one of the easiest ways is to follow below steps:
1, for disk2, right click, initialize and now we get 600GB free space
2, for the free space, right click, create simple volume and follow the wizard to perform quick format and get a new drive letter, for example, L:
3, clone volume F: to volume L: if we want to keep the data, otherwise, ignore this step. Note: there are several tools for the cloning, free or business. If we do not have any tools, we can use xcopy to copy the data with NTFS permission, for example, xcopy F:\SCCMContentLib L:\SCCMContentLib /E /H /X /Y
4, after all the data is copied, for drive F, right click, choose "Change Drive Letter and Paths", "Remove". Note: this just removes the drive letter associated to this volume, and the data not changed. We can add drive letter back at any time.
5, for drive L, right click, choose "Change Drive Letter and Paths", "Change", and select "F". Now, the new volume F: has 600GB capacity. To make sure, please restart the computer to take effect.

Alex
