How to stop you stealing my money and using games to make it impossible to delete and remove the support subscription which I have no use for and would never have use for as it is the most useless $100 ever!!

I have spent now 20 minutes trying to remove and delete this Microsoft support package WHICH OF COURSE IT CLAIMS I ORDERED. that's fine ok, I ordered it. BUT I have been trying for more than a week to delete and removal it. AND YOU are an evil company, I am going to screenshot this, as a programmer, who myself am unable to find how to cancel this one "support subscription". I only want to keep my Office Business 365 2 licenses, and the Mobile security. I want ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL other subscriptions detected and removed. I am tired of your tricks and games which you do to make it soooo difficult to simply delete this service. I do not care if its now inactive and therefore it requires going to a different place to remove it. That is still dishonest and banana republic games!! Why can you not make it simple for me to remove this stupid service support subscription which I have never used and have no need to and you are charging me more than my own rent for it!!!! Does this sound toooo difficult for Microsoft, or are the games and ways to trick and take people's money the only way you can operate?? I look forward to your immediate response.!! and most of all that you abide by the law of the Land which is "Good faith business", and this is NOT " Good faith business" making it so difficult and having profiles and other profiles in all kinds of places and then not even making it simple to remove you useless support service charging me $100 which I want deleted and removed immediately!! Immediately!
