I had the following shared mailbox created for my team and I will need to be able to use this in Power Automate.  For example, in Power Automate, I'm currently connected to one of the Power Automate Office 365 Outlook Connectors below using my personal o365 email address, but I will now need to connect using the shared  mailbox instead. When I try to change the connection and connect to the shared mailbox I get the error message "The username may be incorrect.Make sure that you typed it correctly.Otherwise, contact your admin" The id I enter is correct and I have full access to the shared mailbox.   . How do I connect it ?

Hi, I understand that you are trying to connect to a shared mailbox in Power Automate, but you are encountering an error message. To connect to a shared mailbox in Power Automate, you can use the Retrieve email messages from Outlook and Send email message through Outlook actions. To retrieve emails from a shared mailbox, you can use the Retrieve email messages from Outlook action and populate the name of the mailbox in the Account field. To send emails through a shared mailbox, you can use the Send email message through Outlook action. In the action’s properties, select Other mailbox in the Send email message from drop-down menu, and populate the name or address of the shared mailbox in the Send from field. Additionally, populate the Account field with the address of your main account. I hope this helps you connect to the shared mailbox in Power Automate. Let me know if you have any other questions!
