I can no longer login to Windows 365 admin, but still being charged?

I have a Windows 365 cloud Win 11 PC that I have been evaluating for several months now. I haven’t been able to login to the Windows 365 portal for several months, Authenticator not prompting me. Works fine with other MS apps. I haven’t been able to get support as the support page asks me to login with the Authenticator for the Win 365 account. I’m at the point now where I just want to shut down the machine and find an alternative. I would rather close it out properly than just block the payments, but I will. I am being billed every month for a service I can’t use and cannot get in touch with anyone to do anything about it. I think I have tried every possible option, please let me know if there are some more? Thanks for any assistance!
