Running program as a Service with User Login to access NAS

I'm trying to run an application as a Service that runs on startup (Windows 10 Home). The application should be run as a specific user, and I've set that information within properties login information (and checked that the username and password are correct). I am doing this so that the application will have access to a network drive (NAS) with the same username/password. However, when I startup the application runs but it does not provide direct access to the NAS. If I run the service manually, I have the same issue. I've also tried with Automatic (Delayed) startup for the service, but that doesn't work either. If I stop the service, and run the program manually, then it does obtain access to the NAS; which to me means that my windows user login information matches the NAS authentication. Any help on diagnosing this issue would be appreciated.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for posting here.

It is suggested that we could capture the network package to check the user information when accessing to NAS. Maybe the service is running as the other user which is not the configured login information.
