We run the hybrid configuration wizard with Morden topology, and it went perfect, but after that we noticed that in the Exchange server 2013, we are not able to enable the federation trust toggle in Organization > Sharing. But, for now, you can check the most common troubleshooting;

Valid certificate?

Federation trust configured?

New-FederationTrust -Name "Microsoft Federation Gateway" -Thumbprint <thumbprint>

The successful completion of the Enable federation trust and Sharing-Enabled Domains wizards will be your first indication that the federation trust was configured as expected.
