Does Azure Cloud Service have a storage limit for the Microsoft Clarity recordings?

While the Clarity FAQ notes that data is stored in the Microsoft Azure cloud service, it lacks detailed information regarding potential storage limits and associated charges. I'm seeking clarification on whether there is a storage limit, and if so, whether there are any associated charges.

    @Julian Tami
    From the FAQ page: Clarity is a free service forever. You never encounter traffic limits or are compelled to upgrade to a paid version. Learn more.

    More information about the data retention can be found here: Clarity retains data differently. Recordings data is retained for 30 days. Any labeled or favorited sessions are retained for 13 months. Heatmaps data is retained for 13 months. Data on Clarity servers, including backups, will be deleted post retention period and can't be recovered.

    Since the data is not stored in your account and is managed by Azure there should not be charges associated with storage. If you still have questions or concerns you can reach Clarity support via email at clarityMS@microsoft.com. You can also select the smiley face icon at the top right of the screen from any Clarity page.
