I am trying to find the best way to automate the deployment of physical windows servers (2022). I know historically SCCM was one way this could be done although I am wondering if there are more modern options (cloud based) available that could accomplish this?  Intune, Windows Deployment Toolkit, something else?

    Hi,

For OSD (Operating System Deployment), if we opt to Microsoft products, MCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager) is still the recommended solution. Since MDT does not support the newer OS, for example, win11, etc.

After OS is installed, for MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management), we can choose the online lightweight product Intune or hybrid with MCM (co-management)

    Regards,

    Alex
