Domain Controller Event Logs reporting AD Sync errors.

Hello, This is a Windows 2012 R2 Domain Controller that synchronizes with Microsoft 365. Event Viewer has been logging the following errrors: Log Name:          Application Source:                 Directory Synchronization Event ID:              662 Level:                    Error Password hash synchronization health task failed during ping operation. Details: System.InvalidOperationException: An error occurred, SynchronizationEngineManagedHandle.cpp(190), code 80004005   Log Name:          Application Source:                 ADSync Event ID:              6900 Level:                    Error The server encountered an unexpected error while processing a password change notification:  "Unexpected exception thrown. Action: ProvisionCredentials, Exception: An error occurred. Error Code: 38. Error Description: This version of the Identity synchronization tool is not supported. You may be running an older version of the Identity synchronization tool. Make sure you are running the latest version. You can obtain the latest version by downloading it from the Identity synchronization page in your Admin Portal.  If the error persists, contact Technical Support. Tracking ID: 346ce84a-94f7-42e6-9d85-b13512a397a8 Server Name: .   Log Name:          Application Source:                 Directory Sychronization Event ID:              655 Level:                    Error Failed credential provisioning ping. Clearing affinity to the current service endpoint: https://adminwebservice.microsoftonline.com/provisioningservice.svc.  Error: Microsoft.MetadirectoryServices.ServerDownException: Unexpected exception thrown. Action: ProvisionCredentials, Exception: An error occurred. Error Code: 38. Error Description: This version of the Identity synchronization tool is not supported. You may be running an older version of the Identity synchronization tool. Make sure you are running the latest version. You can obtain the latest version by downloading it from the Identity synchronization page in your Admin Portal.  If the error persists, contact Technical Support.
