Voice problem

Hi, I use Skype for business. When i speak with my friends our voices are good and there is no problem. But when I share a video, sound of video is not transferred via microphone. What's the problem? Sincerely yours

    It's possible that there might be a setting causing the sound from the video not to transfer through the microphone. Have you checked your audio settings to ensure that the microphone is set up correctly for sharing video? Sometimes a simple adjustment can do the trick.
