I activated Microsoft Copilot 365 licenses for our users, and I have assigned myself a license to test the functionality. The Copilot button is on the Excel ribbon, but when I click it, the Copilot Preview window appears (which doesn't happen in other apps), and the options to interact with Copilot are greyed out. I checked for updates and saved the Excel document to my corporate OneDrive with a general tag. I can't find any answers online to this specific issue. The experience is the same with the web application and locally installed Excel app. Any assistance is appreciated.
