Kindly be noted, we reset the system date to 2023-02-01 for both Sharepoint Server and Workflow Manager Server since we are currently under testing for the Workflow Manager Certification Expire Case. after Reset the system date and we try to Attach the Workflow Manager to Sharepoint Server and then we start testing on the workflow, we found the workflow can not be started even we use the simplest workflow.
Sharepoint 2016 | Workflow Manager 1.0 | Workflow Status Stuck at the Start Stage with message as 401 not Authoritzed
We are facing a Problem in setup the Workflow Manager.
We have a simple 2013 workflow to be started when there is a document uploaded to the Documents Library in Sharepoint. then We go to the workflow to Trigger it Manually by click the workflow name on the Page. then it promted error message with "Something went wrong. To try again, reload the page and then start the workflow."
We try to review the Sharepoint Log and we found below Error Message in more detail, Could anyone have met this before? Looking for helps.

2024-02-07T10:02:25.85+00:00 The workflow management can be registered by using http or https. When registered using https it requires the certificate, otherwise you will encounter the issue described above.
To resolve this issue, I suggest you reinstall the unexpired certificate.

Or re-register the workflow management by using http.
