Cant access Admin 365 admin portal as it wants to use Authenticator which i dont have on current phone

I have a 365 business account for my small business, however after a phone change ive lost access to the authenticator app and can now no longer login to the account to manage my subscription. I also have the same email address used as a personal address which may be causing a conflict.
