How do I setup a dial plan to restrict a Teams phone line from dialling all numbers bar emergency services and one permitted line. All other calls to other areas codes and mobiles need to be blocked. How do I achieve this?

To configure a dial plan for restricted dialing in Teams, you need to do the following steps:
