One of our clients has purchased Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and everything seems to work perfectly but excel add on is not working as it shows as preview mode.
Just wanted to know when the full version will be available or is there any configurations to be made to get the full version?

Joshua Logan Dewey 5 Reputation points2024-02-08T23:13:37.27+00:00 We are seeing a similar issue with the Copilot Add-in in Excel showing preview and when you click on Copilot it just loads infinitely. Are you seeing the same issue with it stuck on a loading screen?

Having the same issue with all of the Office applications. Some worked after we logged out and in and rebooted. But with Powerpoint it still loads infinitely.
