Hello All, I tried to add newly built Linux RHEL 9 server in our Prod environment but received below error. Failed to install kit. Exit code: 60
Standard Output: Sudo path: /usr/bin/
Extracting...
Installing cross-platform agent ...
----- Installing package: omi (omi-1.6.10-2.ulinux.x64) -----
Error: This system does not have a supported version of OpenSSL installed.
This system's OpenSSL version: 3.0.7
Supported versions: 1.0., 1.1. But we have another with same version and its monitoring without any issues. Please advise how to fix this issue. Thanks, Adam

Hi, what version of the Linux management packs are your running in your SCOM 2019 environment?

Recently some newer versions were released: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/system-center-blog/announcement-adding-support-for-latest-linux-os-ubuntu-22-04-amp/ba-p/3762157

    I would suggest:

    1. Make sure you have the latest version: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58208
    2. Make sure that you have met the requirements for discovering and monitoring Linux agents: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/system-center/scom/plan-security-crossplat-credentials?view=sc-om-2022
    3. If above fails, try to install manually the agent as a means to troubleshoot: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/system-center/scom/manage-install-crossplat-agent-cmdline?view=sc-om-2022

    Good luck!
