My Microsoft School Account is deactivated because of which I could not pay my outstanding balance by logging to Azure portal. How Can I pay my due balance for using Azure services?

I was using Azure Services for my College project work and I was paying for the consumed services. I received my last bill which had some amount to be settled but since I have completed my college course within just few days after receiving my last bill, My Microsoft school Account has been deactivated even before I could pay my bill. Because of this, I am not able to pay the outstanding amount as it is not allowing me to log in to Azure account using my deactivated Microsoft school account and I am also not able to raise the Service request ticket because of the deactivated Microsoft School Account. Even I tried to mail service engineers with my previously raised service requests but unfortunately I could not get much help. So, kindly let me know if is there any way that I can pay my due balance for using Azure services with my deactivated Microsoft school Account as I would like to pay my balance and get it to nil balance?
