Intune Feature updates for Windows 10 and later

Hi, I've created a "Feature updates for Windows 10 and later" to upgrade devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11, as shown below on Intune

I've not had any issues until recently. When I remove devices, that have successfully upgraded, from my Windows 11 Upgrade groups the Windows update report doesn't update and the numbers remain the same.
Also when I add a new group to the scope of the upgrade those machines don't receive the upgrade and the report doesn't show those new machines either. I've waited for 24 hours and the reports don't upgrade. Is there a way that I can force this onto machines or is there somewhere I can check? Thank you

    @Brian Liu, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based as I know, to make the report show data, we need to configure data collection for the Windows feature updates reports. Firstly, please ensure the data collection is enable on these new devices. It can take up to 24 hours after setting up Windows health monitoring with Windows updates before the policy is applied. And also, report data is processed in batches and refreshes every 8 hours after the data collection is configured. So for new devices, we can wait for another 8 hours after the data collection is enabled.

    For removed devices, we can wait some more time like 8 hours to see if the data will be updated.
