Hi @Hayes, Jason
Welcome to our forum!
Do you have the same issue in the Teams web client?
What did you do when it happened?
As far as I know, you must have a Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot license to access Copilot in Teams. If you don't have a license, you may be in a situation where you describe. More information, see: Welcome to Copilot in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support.
If you have a license, try the following possible solutions:
Clear the cache of your Teams app by deleting the contents of the folder. %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
Clear the Teams credentials on your device by removing any credentials starting with in the Credential Manager.
Check your firewall, antivirus, VPN, and proxy settings to make sure they are not blocking the connection to Teams Copilot.
Hope this helps! Moreover, if the above is not your scenario or I have misunderstood anything, please correct me and provide us with detailed information about the issue including the screenshot so that we can better understand to further assist you.
