Only one user in our organization is unable to send an external emails

Hi,

I have a user where he is unable to send an emails to external (internet) from his own mailbox. what could be the issue?. how can i resolved this. any idea.

when he is sending an email he is receiving an undeliverable email saying you dont have permissions to send.

    Hi @pavan kumar ,

    when he is sending an email he is receiving an undeliverable email saying you dont have permissions to send.

    As mentioned above by Andy, would you please remove the personal information and share the content of the underliverable email so that we can help you better?
    What's the version of your Exchange?
    If this is a recently occurred issue, have you made any changes to this user's mailbox before the problem started?

    Please have a check in EAC via Mail Flow> delivery report by searching for one of the problematic messages and see if there would be any clues.

    It's also suggested to go through the mail flow rules and check if there is any relevant rule which could cause this issue.
