Teams calls/notifications aren't syncing across devices

A user within the company is complaining that the notifications for messages and calls aren't being sent to their phone. After troubleshooting attempts with the user, I discovered that the user has an up to date version of teams on their phone and laptop, the user has the proper notification settings enabled in teams on mobile and laptop, the user does not have any "do not disturb" or "airplane" modes active on their devices, and the user is logged into the proper accounts on both devices.     Is there only one specific user in question?

    Are all notifications out of sync?

    There are many reasons for this problem, such as app versions, notification settings, cache issues, and device modes. Please try the following possible solutions:

    • Make sure you have a high-speed and stable internet connection.
    • Clear the MS Teams cache on your phone and laptop.
    • Make sure you have the latest version of Teams installed on all devices.
    • Sign out of the Teams desktop and web app, and make sure you’re signed in to the Teams app on your phone. Have someone send you a message or initiate a call and wait for the alert to go through.
