I upgraded my laptop from windows 10 pro to windows 10 LTSC but now I cannot get product key to activate windows 10 LTSC how can I activate windows 10 LTSC

    If you attempt to use a Windows 10 Pro product key with LTSC, it's likely to result in an error or rejection during the activation process. This is because LTSC versions of Windows 10 have their own unique product keys and licensing requirements.

    So, your previous registration key won't work, just buy another key, or return to windows 10 pro.
