Microsoft forms questions not appearing in PowerAutomate flow!

Hi, Really new to using this. I am trying to get it where if someone fills out a microsoft form, they will automatically receive a certificate. I have been following a tutorial and have got this far. I have added in the excel sheet with a table and the questions that are in my form but when I go into the dynamic content for each question, nothing is appearing from my microsoft form. I must have gone wrong at some point but can't figure out where! Many thanks
