I've been dealing with this for a week, multiple emails to MS support who just took off and stopped replying to me. Such a joke. Will be contacting my bank and consumer protection if it keeps it up. It's not about the $20, its about all the customers sold non working shit with no resolution and support
"Request failed with status code 400" in Partner Center when visiting "Xbox development consoles"
When trying to activate developer mode on xbox, the site https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/xboxconfig/devices/index gives an error code "Request failed with status code 400".

2024-02-21T13:16:05.25+00:00 S(h)ame .... Problem still going on as of 21st Feb. People have paid money Microsoft , are you even listening !?? As sysadmin myself I m pretty sure that the problem could be fixed in like 10 minutes time . That is of course IF someone will be involved!
